In-Store Purchases: All sales are final, with exchanges offered only for defective disposable devices, verified immediately after purchase.
A 14-day exchange policy applies for other items, requiring the original receipt, with items in their original, unused condition.
Online Purchases: You may return items within 30 days of receipt if they don't meet your expectations. Items must be new/unused. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, with a prepaid label provided upon initiating a return. Full refunds for damaged/wrong items upon receipt; other returns may have shipping deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within two weeks of receiving returns.
